Holden Huffman Blog Post #24

My junior year has been pretty good.  Classes have been more difficult, but that's a given when transitioning from 1 AP class to 5.  My grades haven't been as good as in the past but I've maintained A's and B's the whole year.  I got a decent score on my ACT and I hope I do well on my AP test.  Some of the things I have learned this year are:  Ms. Dewees is a VERY good teacher, but is very serious about math, so bring your A game; all junior core teachers are pretty awesome (chill, good at teaching, nice, helpful, etc...); take your junior year seriously, as it is a year that colleges care about; prepare well for your ACT.  This year has been a good year, but I'm really looking forward to the summer.  I plan on getting a job, FINALLY getting my license,  working on my mentoring project, and starting to learn how to play the piano (I've just always wanted to know how) over the summer.  So there you have it, my junior year and my plans for the summer.
