"Be sure to put your feet in the right place, then stand firm." That is a piece of advice I heard a while back, it resonated with me because it showed me just how much I followed this advice before hearing it. As in the likelihood of me changing my mind after I had made a decision was hilariously low. I was, and still am, quite stubborn sometimes. Though the difference now is that I will make an effort to consider if I should change my argument or position after some new thought popped into my head.
Another important part about this was the"Be sure your feet are in the right place" part. This was a part that I admittedly missed a lot, I'm mildly certain that I make mostly good judgements now-a-days.
On the other hand this pointed out just how important me considering this made me a little more indecisive which is never a good thing in my eyes.
