What bothers me: Prison over crowding
7 easy steps to fix the U.S.A.'s "prison problem"
1. Reduce total of wrongful convictions by giving police officers two guns, a grenade, and give them jurisdiction to kill "potential suspects" the very moment they feel that they feel "scared." If the suspect is dead they aren't falsely imprisoned :)

2. Let the inmates arrested for smoking marijuana and not paying taxes build more prisons, more prisons mean less inmates per prison. Problem solved right?

3. Make life sentences longer, this will surely deter would be criminals from breaking the law as 200 years is much more intimidating than 150 years.

4. Execute all homeless people. Even though they are "hungry and starving" when they are arrested for stealing food, they will only contribute to the over crowded-ness even more, I recommend we round up the ones that die in the winter and use their meat as a way to attract bears to hunt and kill the rest of the homeless. Cause we all know that homeless people aren't even people at all.

5. (I got this one from the onion but it has to be said) Convince young children to not live in high incarceration rate areas.

6. Make the death penalty much more horrifying by replacing lethal injection with a guillotine or a robot that rips your head off, this will make them die in a much worse fashion it will surely prevent crime.

7. If you are a person of fame or power you don't get sent to jail period. Cause you probably already have the best lawyer money can buy. Best to not waste the state's money on someone we cant properly imprison anyway.
