Just to give you a view of what happened, so you can understand the magnitude of this event; let me tell you what happened. On this day England and Scotland signed a treaty establishing their border, The US's Congress passed the Bill of Rights, NASA launched the Mars Observer. Carol Vadnais was born on that day. He may of not been the most important event that day, but? Its okay.

Carol Vadnais was born on September 25,  who was he?  A No One, A man forgotten to the world, or most of it anyway. Carol Vadnais had an impact on his daughter, who survives him after his death in 2014, he has impacted the kids who prayed for him to win, the drunk men screaming in a bar for him. I didn't know Carol, but I choose to believe that him entering this world was a good event.
